About Andrew

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and clinical co-director here at Aspect Psychotherapy.

I make a daily effort to be transparent and prioritize balancing showing up for my clients authentically to manifest a positive trusting therapeutic relationship. I have learned that challenging ourselves honestly and in a straightforward, but respectful capacity is necessary for finding our greater potential. I do my best to ensure I take this approach with every client, honouring the different parts that may show up, and examining how to live more in alignment with our core values and needs.

My training and experience specializes in emotional and cognitive focused psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, mind-body approaches and combining integrative methods. I really enjoy attachment and narrative therapeutic therapies as well.

What you can expect from me is enthusiasm, kindness, and a strong desire to compassionately challenge you to achieve what you need from therapy!

More About Andrew

My journey that has led me to psychotherapy was my own desire to grow. Experiences with burnout, lack of purpose, deep loss and grief, and learning to navigate overstimulation and a lack of connection to myself.

There is unbelievable power in cultivating authenticity with yourself, and grander awareness of our cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual self, is both growth and suffering.

Practicing anything with focus, resiliency, and commitment, is the path to further wellness. There are a few major life transitions I have navigated, and these experiences taught me the need for unconditional exploration with compassion during psychotherapy.
